"This management company does not care about potential tenants, they are embarrassing in their practice and act in bad faith. Trying to discuss with them rental agreements, and I am getting ducked by these people on simple questions about the lease. Additionally, they are asking for rent of 3 months PRIOR to even sending me a signed lease (leaving them free to change whatever they see fit). Then, when we asked to view the apartment a second time prior to payment, they could not spare 15 minutes to show it stating "That's not how it works you should have taken a better look the first time around". Absolutely appalling behavior from both Colin and Alva. Predatory, shameful and unprofessional I will never do business with this group again. It is also hilarious how they try to gaslight people giving reviews as if people will randomly make up stories to write about some random sub-par property management agency. Thanks for your reply. You seem to have cleverly ignored the statement said to me "That is not how it works you should have taken a better look the first time around" which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While still insisting I pay the full deposit by end of day. Only AFTER that discussion was I able to negotiate down to a one month deposit. Do not portray that as you doing me a favor. I also forgot to mention the clauses buried in the lease that would allow for hidden fees at your discretion. I would also like to point out, all of your "good" reviews have one upvote, whereas the negative reviews have multiple upvotes stop trying to deflect your shortcomings onto another property management group. Update: Violated GDPR in their reply to a comment, management company in shambles..."

"Brady Property Management took care of my rental house in Dublin for 12 year. During this time I was living abroad so everything was handled through Brady’s. They could not have been more professional or helpful. They chose great tenants, which meant the house was still in good condition even after 12 years of rental. They were always available to answer any queries and quick to act if something needed to be addressed. I could not recommend them more highly."

"No stars if I could. I rented through this company a couple of years ago and am only sorry the owner of our apartment most likely was not aware of the lack of service that was provided. Our single toilet broke on on a Friday afternoon and the advice we were given was to 'flush it with a bucket' for a full weekend because the property cannot be maintained over the weekend. I just came across an email I send to the company advising them of a break in in a neighbouring apartment and so it was important we got our floor level windows on our ground floor apartment fixed. I signed off the email saying I have sent multiple requests to have our doors and windows close correctly but with no response. I also did not receive a response to that email. I also requested that the 'management' company let me know when they are entering and leaving the property with updates on what actions they took within the apartment as we continuously did not. There was mould on the front door and walls and so someone from the company came in and wiped it off with a cloth and informed us the issue had been resolved. I truly wish we had known better at the time and were more confident to get in touch with the National Tenancy Register as the service was absolutely appalling. I can only imagine the disappointment of the home owner if they knew the lack of care and respect both the tenants and apartment received. No mould, doors and windows that closed, a working fire alarm and a flushing toilet - we really had to push so hard for these and this 'management' company made us feel insignificant, fussy and disrespected. A truly terrible experience."
