"Amazing spot, you wouldn't know it's there. Very quiet area with a private beach entrance and wonderful views. The cottages are clean and well-stocked with anything you'd need- towels, linens, shampoo, etc. Our cottage, Thatcher's Rest (we stayed about 9 days), was fully updated with all modern conveniences like fridge & freezer, washer & dryer, dishwasher. There are different setups depending on the cottage but I highly recommend!"

"The Cottages are bit of heaven on the Irish Sea nestled between Bettystown & Laytown. The gardens, sea, and cozy 300 yr old cottage exceeded our expectations, and we hope to return one day. Another positive was the proximity to transportation (buses, trains) for touring other areas of Ireland since we didn't rent a car."

"We stayed in Orchard Cottage, the cottage is perfect for a family of five, very clean and full of cottage character. We had such a lovely time, with the beautiful beach on our doorstep, the kids were in the water every day. The gardens around the cottage are superb. It's also an ideal location for going on day trips to Dublin, Belfast, Tayto Park and many more. We loved every day here and were sad to be leaving but we will definitely be back! A big thumbs up from us."
