"I wish I had given positive review but there is no consideration to the guests. I moved to Ireland recently with my family and I booked a nice apartment using booking.com for 11 days until I search for some place to rent, after that I requested another place to stay directly from sales email and after the checkout of the second apartment the problems began. They request a security deposit of EUR150 for each apartment a day before the check-in and say that is 'refunded' after the checkout, there is no problem with that, however, the first book that I made was refunded correctly to my 'PayPal' account two working days after the check-out, but for the second book I still waiting for the refund for almost 2 months, I sent emails to Ian trying to solve this problem and he replied saying that was refunded, but only for the first book, when I sent the proofs to him, he just stop to reply my emails, now I need to find a lawyer to solve this problem."

They helped us to find the right apartment, in a well-served area, near the school where my children were going to attend an english course. The apartment was fully equipped. We had no problem with their check-in system. They perfectly arranged our transfers from and to the airport. They have always been very kind when we exchanged messages to organize our stay in Dublin. We are definitely satisfied and we would be glad to book again an accomodation in Ireland with them."
