"Have been going there for gel nails for a while and whilst they are always great, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I booked an appointment for 2pm today. I arrived 5 minutes early. No greating from either of the ladies working so took a seat and waited. At 2:20pm i was informed it would be another 10 minutes. No explanation or apology. 10 minutes latee and i was still waiting so i walked out. No offer of a drink or any explanation as to what the hold up was at all."

"Very poor experience. Took my daughter to get her nails done, hardly any effort put it in by the nail technician, lasted less than 10mins. Nail polish came off after 30mins. No effort to rectify the situation or offer a refund. Will never go back. Suggest avoid at all costs."
