"I went to Dr Gavin after not being at the GP for routine visits in years, from having moved around so much for work, Over the past three months we have worked though issues that have bothered me on and off and I can't recommend him, and the staff at Morehampton Clinic enough, A truly professional and friendly service. I'd give 10 stars if I could."

"This GP service treat people nothing more than a money source. Especially the receptionist doesn’t show any respect to patients, it is so obvious that she doesn’t like what she is doing. Given them a lot of chances but every single visit to this office brought me only headaches, tension and stress, so I’m not writing this after a single incident and hoping they would consider changing how they operate. After many issues, finally had a chat with some manager today who first looked willing to listen to my feedback. It became soon clear that she also doesn’t care much about the patients’ experience with them. She first put the responsibility on the doctors for everything I told her and when I called out the reception, she spent the time defending the despicable behavior of the receptionist and she also finished our conversation « you know we have a lot of patients, if you are not happy, you don’t need to come here » :))) I don’t recommend choosing this GP service, looks like they have a lot of patients already :) If you still choose this GP, be ready for not receiving your results unless you ask them zillion times (experienced this twice and we actually gave up on the results from February). Be ready for minimum respect and consistency as they handle your questions or issues that they caused. If you ask them about something they did wrongly, they will comfortably accuse you for lying and when they figure out you were not, they won’t show the decency of an apology."

"-- Edited review. Very nice practice - great nurse and front desk staff. Very easy to schedule appointments or get in touch with the clinic. However, the problem lies around communication when there is a pending action from the clinic - which is why I have ceased to visit this practice. This is nothing personal against the staff and the doctors - they may be overwhelmed with work. However, this is not per my expectation and not everyone's expectations can be met."
