"Just want to say a huge thanks to Sarah and Dr Kenneth for today. I called this morning looking for an appointment for my daughter who has a sore throat since Friday and is now infected Sarah didn’t have any appointment but she said Dr Kenneth would do a phone consultation later with my daughter which he did and sent on a prescription to my local chemist for an antibiotic & steroids. Forever grateful thanks again. Carol Timmins."

"The entitlement of this doctor is unparalleled. I found myself blocked into a car park space for over 20 mins waiting for him to move his car. Apparently everyone in the area “just knows” he likes to use the unmarked and unreserved spot. I must also point out there was a free space next to my car and he abandoned his car across both spaces. Having expressed my annoyance to the receptionist after 20 mins, I was asked to leave in a rude and patronising fashion. Given the area in which these people work, I’d expect to be treated with more respect and empathy."

"Too good to be true, I said to myself after the first visit, the front office Ladies are amazing, as human beeings and professionals too, they pick up very quickly when the patient may be dealing with an emergency and try to help you with a fast appointment or where the case a good comforting advice, bless! The Good Dr. Kenneth has a lot of knowledge, emphaty, takes time to understand your background in order to put the right diagnosis, that's why you get the correct treatment and you don't have to come back 3 more times with the same issue. He is fantastic with the little ones too. I'm grateful I have found this dream team, in the end it proved to be good and true :) Keep up with the good work you are doing for us here in the community!"
