"Me and my daughter both had our 2nd ears piercing here and on an extremely busy Saturday they fitted us in within 10 minutes. The young lady who pierced our ears so so kind and friendly and her advice and experience was brilliant. She formed a quick and gentle relationship with my daughter and reassured her step by step. The shop is beautifully designed and well stocked with a wide variety of styles. I highly recommend Lovisa."

"I only discovered the store two weeks ago and the range is lovely however I went back and purchased 2 more pairs. I am extremely disappointed that the fuschia pair are impossible to clip in once in your ear therefore as far as I can see are not fit for purpose. I am very upset to have wasted £10 on something I can not use"

"I was very disappointed with the behavior of the employee . I made an appointment for Saturday at 1 p.m. to put on my 15-month-old niece's earrings. Saturday, at 13 o'clock, when we arrived at the store, the seller said that we have to wait almost 2 hours, that does not know who made us the appointment, that they do not do so. I made a road of 3 miles ,with small child,for nothing. Very unprofessional behavior,I do not recommend!!! Very ugly on their part."
