"Older Staff are condescending to younger staff members. It’s really horrible to be served by a young team member who is clearly nervous we have all been that new person. Then to be talked down to or shouted directions at. It makes me uncomfortable and you can see how embarrassed they are. Have some empathy and respect for your staff. it’s not a one off incident, I have seen this numerous times. The store is well stocked and tidy"
