"Dropped two parcels here, both went missing. Tracking shows the drop off at the store but somehow went missing before the courier collected. Clearly stolen by the staff member. In over 20 years of shipping, I’ve never had a parcel go missing. You have been warned, do not use this store."

"As I seller on eBay my customer had an item delivered to your store with ecp code, i have an image of it being delivered, you then failed to input the ecp code which has not updated my customer it has arrived. I advised it had been delivered 3 days prior, to you, he attended more than once as you can’t find it, and now it’s “lost”. Absolute jokers. Don’t get parcels delivered here."
