"Quite well-stocked little store. Convenient location. However, they don't have self-service checkouts, so you have to wait to be served. I wouldn't mind but some of the staff there have shocking customer service skills. If you're serving a customer, you shouldn't be chatting to your colleagues at the same time through your headset."

"The Cooperative Food at Woolstanwood is my local store. Until recently the staff had been mostly long term (it appeared) individuals in the store that gave good service and communicated well with customers. Lately a number of new faces have appeared on the team that don't seem engaged with customers. On the positive side availability of product and quality of fresh produce is excellent. Wearing face masks makes customer care harder for the team I understand; but all the more reason for a hello, good bye, thankyou etc. UPDATE I have to say that in recent weeks customer service has significantly improved with good interaction coming from the store team."
