"The Martial Arts Academy offers a fun, safe and highly professional martial arts learning experience. Our son has been attending for several years now, and absolutely loves it. It not only teaches him fighting / self defense, but also discipline, dedication and goal attainment."

"My son has been training with Paul for the last 9 years and I can honestly say his experience has been amazing. Paul provides a fun and friendly environment for the kids and has an ability to keep them motivated year after year!"

"I’ve been training here for nearly 3 years now and I love it. Owen runs a through kickboxing program as well as teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the Next Generation way. Paul and Laura give great advice and insight, particularly from a Sanda point of view. The members are great craic, great to train with, and always looking to help beginners as much as they can. If you’re interested in martial arts, whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is the number one place I would recommend."

"Very friendly, funny coaches and members who want to help you learn. I, being a Kickboxing and BJJ beginner, have learned very quickly with the help of coaches and other students. With a wide range of classes, nice people, and cheap membership, I have a feeling I'll be here for a long time."
