"Phoned keen dentist for an appointment I had to wait 6 weeks to be seen. Went along to that appointment and was in the treatment room all of 10 minutes which cost £65 to be told I have to wait another 4 weeks for treatment I explained I was in pain but that fell on deaf ears. So I go to appointment 4 weeks later to then be told they had cancelled it due to dentist going home they have no contingency in place for this type of thing but if you miss your appointment they strike you off there register an absolute appalling service Should be took off the NHS list"

Disappointed and will look to move us all to a different surgery – manners cost nothing. Best Avoided I think."
