"The experience of being a patient at this dental practice is beyond frustrating. Appointments are continually cancelled and booking mistakes are made on a regular basis. Staff are generally friendly and polite but they spend their life cancelling appointments and apologising; better training is clearly needed. No wonder staff turnover is so high. There are often equipment problems and time management of appointments is not good. Overall the service is very poor."
