"I chose Charlotte for Digby because of the type of exercise, I didn't need a dog walker because I can do that and Digby needed to lose weight. With patience, encouragement and a little bit of magic Jasper, literally, flies off whichever bed he's on when he hears Charlotte's voice. This happens when I'm not there and when I am. Although, due to his aches and pains he is not allowed to run anymore, Charlotte makes sure he has a happy walk every time they go out."
