Huw contacted me the evening before to ask for extra information so they could be prepared before we went in. Aaron cut her hair following a consultation. He cut it so well, it looks great and he was really patient in wxplaining to us how to style it. She has had a massive smile on her face ever since! Aaron also picked up on the fact that she didn't like loud noises so he talked through everything he was doing, warning her before each noise. I can't recommend them highly enough, we'll be using them from now on. Excellent service, wonderful staff."
