"Dropped waxed in my hair when doing my under arms and dropped wax on my white jumper. All they said was “ Sorry, accident” They refused to give any money off or offer any kind of good will gesture as an apology. The manager promised to call me back and I never heard from them again :) Also besides that it was the worst wax job. So much hair left and she even told me “normally I’d take it all off but I’m in a rush” don’t go here x"
