"I went to Niamh with neck pain. Niamh was brilliant. She did dry needling and massage and the relief I felt after was great. Niamh also gave me exercises to do which have really helped. Would highly recommend Niamh. A very friendly experience and put me at ease straight away."

"I went to this clinic following a painful inflammation of a pre-existing injury as a result of long hours working from home at my desk. Niamh quickly found the effected muscles and suggested a set of very easy and effective exercises to be done at home. While in consultation, I received acupuncture and massage treatments. After a long spell of successive setbacks, for the first time I've seen a real improvement following these sessions. 100% recommended"

"The practice itself is clean and well organized. Dr. Niamh gave me excellent advice and helped me get well from sport injuries both new and old. A month or moderate effort on my side by following her advice and guidance in what exercises would help strengthen the muscle groups that were affected and weakened, and some knowledgeable treatment using dry needles and massage, I feel well once again! I also highly recommend visiting if you experience back or neck pain! Worked like a charm!"

"I was very happy with the service and the professionalism I received from Niamh as it was my first time going for physio. She did some dry needling on my Achilles and gave me some strengthening exercise which has helped ease the pain and pressure which was a problem when walking. I would highly recommend her."
