They are always positive, put the customer first, always smiling and help create that very special Cafe Nero atmosphere. "I have been coming in here for years staff usually really friendly and good customer service Today the member who served me had no clue of good customer service took my coffee back not put my hazelnut syrup in just said to another member of staff put some in never acknowledged me at all"

"I love this place I’ve been going for years and even though I have ones closer to me it’s always a nice drive out. I went there recently did the river loop walk with my dog then headed in to here for a iced coffee with my dog. They’re dog friendly and the staff loved making a fuss of him."
