"Went in to store while it was quiet, staff were attentive and friendly, the girl who served me Esme made an excellent tasting drink while focusing on other tasks such as keeping the Starbucks clean, very good customer service and was incredibly happy with my large white mocha. "The drive thru was closed on my last visit so I went inside and ordered 2 drinks to take away, both with oat milk. The first drink was presented to me with no oat milk, the barista then sighed as they had to then remake the drink, although the guy who took the order thought I'd ordered 3 drinks?!? Service in this place was at its usual standard....SLOW. Almost 20 minutes just to get 2 drinks, with only 3 people ahead of me!"

"As lovely as usual. Staff, one guy, is smart enough to recognize my face while all of them can't take the time to tell me what products are our of stock before starting making my order in person. The latte and cappuccino forth is as big as the Himalaya and it shouldn't be like this. It shows the coffee culture is totally broken."
