Asked for refund which I was told was coming and it has been a considerable amount of time and still nothing. Don’t think I’ll get anything but I’d love to bring them to small claims just to give them the headache they’ve given me."

"Made an order online on Tuesday 9pm, got a DPD tracking number and a confirmation of expedition on Wednesday 10am. Order was complete and well packed. Product itself, well you can find them in a lot of other places for the same price more or less, but it works for now and was in perfect conditions when received."

"This company deserves a zero, please make this available Google. Bought from them three times - first two devices broke within about 6 wks. Third time they took my money for a click-and-collect order. Turned up at the allocated time, store not even open and no one answering phones or emails. Rang me the next day to say they still weren't open, but I could collect from their store about 20km away from me "first thing" the next morning - first thing was after 11am! When I did turn up to collect the product I paid for on that day (3 days layer than they had contracted to), they didn't even have my product in stock in the store. Disgraceful. Really bad business. Terrible customer service. Do not trust. They take your money and you are lucky if you get anything. Will never use again."
