"Absolutely shocking service. The manager has a tendency to follow people around the shop. The way he speaks and treats customers you wouldn't even talk to a dog like that. I feel sorry for the other staff having to put up with him like that. He needs to be thought customer service skills and how to treat people."

"Very disappointed. My husband arrived just before 2pm today saturday to get a simple salad for his lunch. When he asked at the deli he was told 'No' he could not have anything as they were closing the deli . It was 2 o clock ,still lunch time for some hard working people. Not good customer service at all ."
