"I moved into The Merchant just over a week ago. The whole moving experience from the initial viewing to picking up the keys has been exceptional, and took just a little over a week. The front of house team of Hannah, Claudio and Chris are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. This is a brand new development that has just been handed over from the builders so there are naturally a couple of teething issues, but the apartments are finished to a really high standard, and other than a delay getting the Internet operational, I have had no problems whatsoever. The space in the basement, with the co-work, snug, yoga studio and gym is fantastic. All brand new, high-end equipment that's a pleasure to use. I'm looking forward to spending time on the roof terrace too, with it's cracking views out to sea. I should also mention Ariana at Savills who was able to move my rental process through super-smoothly and quickly, which was a real weight off my mind. Thanks so much guys."
