"Great stay. From the minute we arrived the host was great, helped us park the car, met us with water and got us checked in quickly. Rooms were spacious, super clean and tidy. Had room 3 which had the benefit of the balcony and views over the sea. Greta location, very close to everything. Brighton is a party town so at weekends you will hear the late night revellers coming off the beach but didn’t really bother us. Being in the heat wave the rooms don’t have air con but had a nice big fan that was quiet and wasn’t too bad to sleep. Would defo stay again, thanks for a great stay."

"nice room, nice shower etc, just cant open the windows so was stuffy sort of and no aircon. let me open the window. Would stay again no problem tho"

"Extremely outdated! The window was shaking, the fridge was making a lot of noise, the bathroom fan was making noise and the bed also. In addition, the bed was maybe 140cm wide. When I book a hotel I want to be able to rest and sleep comfortably and relaxed. That doesn't work here."
