"Very disappointing. Took time off work for a design appointment. was simply left to look around showroom and a 5 minute chat. Promise of coming to see kitchen that week or early next week and no word. Waste of customers time taking appointments if too busy to cater for them."

"We had our new kitchen installed a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't be happier its absolutely perfect. From start to finish Glenn brought us through every detail and option, the flexibility on design and budget are beyond belief. We made quite a few changes and Glenn couldn't have done more to guide us through it all with suggestions and help. We got detailed plans again and again after each revision and when the lads came and git it all done in a few hours I couldn't believe it. Professional, courteous ama clean the lads even measured out my tiles stacked in the corner to make sure kickboards went on without hassle. I don't think i'll need another kitchen for a very long time because of the quality but i'll be happy to visit them again for other aspects of the house...fitted wardrobes are my next port of call and I'll be making kitchens direct my first and hopefully only stop to get it done to their excellent standards Service was 2nd to none"
