Had to email myself as to the status of my order 12 days after initial payment. Was informed order couldn’t be fulfilled, why did it take me to enquire to obtain this information? Order wasn’t small either totalling just over £160. Bit of a joke if you ask me, kept me in the dark for such a prolonged period of time. Although refund is being issued, the lack of communication regarding my order was a disgrace."
