"Very disappointing service by office. Anything bought online cannot be brought back and changed in the shop not even for a bigger size!! This has left me with a pair of shoes to small .. they tell you that you need to send them back to UK and you also have to pick up the postage bill. I will never buy in store or online ever again."

"Very disappointing customer service. I brought back a pair of shoes unworn 1 day after purchasing, just looking to change size. I had receipt. I didn't have the exact box they gave me with the shoe as it had been recycled. Staff refused to let me change as I didn't have the exact box. However, this wasn't mentioned or explained in the returns policy. Poor customer service for such a minor detail."
