I came to buy new brand shoes not used shoes. I have worked at footlocker before in Germany and we dont do this."

"Avoid! Warranty in this store is fiction Terrible and unprofessional customer service. I bought shoes Air Max 90, and after 3 months they break. In every normal shop you can return an invalid product, but not there. Manager "Shola" refused to send shoes back to Nike. When I asked why he said that it's not a manufactured problem. I asked what the problem then? He said he don't know. I asked if he is an expert he said no. That's what you will hear when your shoes break on warranty: "I don't know". It is professional in 2020? I don't think so. Don't count on Warranty if you buying in Footlocker"
"Terrible customer service, they guys working there have no interest in helping customers. It's like an inconvenience to ask them for sizes, what else are they there for? I left the shop today rather than continue to deal with one of the sales assistant bad attitude."
