"Just bought my daughters school shoes in Schuh. The staff in the store are just absolutely lovely. Our server ( unfortunately I didn't get his name) was brilliant. There was no rushing us or any impatience on his part at all. He was so helpful, polite and friendly. My daughter had her Teddy bear with her and another member of staff came over to ask my daughter what her bears name was, what age the bear was and told her how nice her little bear was. I mean, to me, that is exceptional service. My daughter was on cloud nine after the visit. Thank you so much for being so amazing. It is very much appreciated."
