"Poor experience at no fault of the staff on site. Store staff were nothing but professional and understanding on site despite a series of mistakes from customer service team/head office. I reserved an item, received text confirmation, arrived to collect… and no shoes. That was fine and I didn’t mind ordering online but before I placed order, I was advised to return to store by customer service (unprompted phone call which was odd) as shoes had been apparently found. Cut to today where I return to store, and… no shoes once again so customer service had told a lie to avoid losing a customer it seems. On principle of it, I won’t be purchasing from Schuh again as this was such a waste of my time over two days and there are other companies which offer better service and the same products. I want to reiterate that staff were really making an effort on site to find a solution but it’s not fair on them that they have to help with errors made by head office."
"I recently returned shoes, they were perfect quality but didn't suit me. I hate returning items but I was treated as nicely as I would have been if I'd been making an extravagant purchase. Every staff member said hello and interacted with my little girl. I've shopped here several times and despite being attentive no one has ever pushed me to make a purchase. Highly recommended store with a great selection."

"The staff is very unprofessional, while I was trying on the shoes, the girl is standing over my head and asking if I will buy. I asked for a number from one model of Timberland shoes, she tells me there is no number, she gives me another model that I don’t like, I looked at the shelf and saw that she has a number from those shoes of mine. Very stressful because they were rushing me, as if I was buying a roast chicken, not 150 euro shoes."
