Reviews
"It was such a surprising experience and does not reflect Clarks usual quality standards, however today we had one of the worst customer experience in your Dundrum store. Your employee Meghan did not behave welcoming in anyway during our shopping to our baby. When we asked for a smaller size she made a boring face, and when she turned back throw the first pair of shoes. During the payment she turned her face as she was unpleasant to deal with us. After the shopping when I asked her name and how we can share our feedback she was aggressive and her voice was higher than it should be. I M sure it was not personal because there is no reason for that. Maybe it was a long or tiring day or this is a busy store, however your customers shouldn’t pay for this…"
"I brought my autistic nonverbal son to Dundrum Clarks for a fitting. My son is very sensitive to light, sound and touch but the lady who was fitting him, Claire, was so patient and so understanding. She let me try and sit where she sat to measure him, she was very empathic to the fact that he didn't like to be touched by anyone but me and it made such a difference to us. Thank you"
"My daughter's shoes are the wrong size and fit. They would have been worse if my husband had not insisted that they were too tight on the length. My daughter had told the assistant that they hurt repeatedly. I had used the Clarks Junior Measurement tool I got in Covid and my measurement and theirs were 2 sizes out. She was sold an expensive pair of shoes which are too narrow and tight. The gauge I bought now won't give me results on the size calculator online which was working throughout Covid and it feels like a bad practice. Apart from anything the gauge will only work with Clarks shoes and therefore can only be translated by Clarks website, which keeps returning the message 'Size And Width Out Of Range, Please Re-Enter Measurements' As a former employee I was very proud of these shoes and the company, but obviously a lot has changed in the years since I worked there. I can't get through on the phone to let them know so I am forced to write a public review like this, which is something I don't believe in. But in this instance it feels like a poor review may make some change."
"Excellent place to work especially if your a student. Working at Clarks creates a good atmosphere with friendly staff members and managers who are so helpful and friendly to help you with any needs you may have. All the managers were so helpful especially Christine and Liz. Big thanks to them."
