"Avoid at all costs. We ordered pizza and were told it would be delivered in 30 mins. It arrived after 1hour and 15 mins after several phone calls to see what the hold up was. The pizza was stone cold so we tried to phone to speak to the manager. Was told twice to hold and the call was just hung up. The next 2 times we called, the operator just hung up instantly. Absolutely disgraceful customer service"
"Delivery took an hour to arrive cool that wasn't a problem, but the food was freezing cold, the chips were rock solid, garlic sauce tasted off. Warm brownie cookie was freezing . So disappointed I was looking forward for my takeaway night to end up with this!!"
"I can’t even express how bad this place is to deal with. Would have given it zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COST. There are much nicer pizza options in Swords, try them instead. I ordered €40 worth of food 2 weeks ago, they took 2.5hrs to deliver it and it was ice cold when it finally arrived. It wasn’t even edible, like it had been in the boot of the car for 2 hrs. It went straight in the bin. When I called the shop to ask for a refund I was told I’d get a call tomorrow from the owner. This happened four more times before I was eventually told I cannot get a refund. Totally inept staff who outright lied to me. Avoid at all cost!"
"Ordered a two personal pizza and two garlic cheese fries fries soggy and I mixture of so over cooked they are black and others uncooked not to mention the tray was less than half full. Toppings on the pizza didn't taste fresh at all honestly won't order from here againg very disappointed as I usually love pizza Hut but the swords branch is a let down to all pizza hut locations. Seems like bad management trying to save on costs not realising this is how you ruin your restaurant"
