"I use the gym most days of the week as I'm recovering from back surgery and it's great with just the right amount of equipment balanced between cardio machines and weights. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you need advice you just need to ask and they will be more than willing to help. The classes are good with the yoga on Thursday a particular favourite."
