"I’ve been using pt sessions with Lucy for 5 months now and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results, as I suffered from headaches and lower back pain. Lucy is a very intelligent young lady and knows her profession very well. Not only is Lucy good at what she does Lucy is a very outgoing young lady and very friendly, couldn’t help me enough in terms of nutrition and tips on how to eat healthier with quick and easy ready meals with get advice. Also on the gym floor Lucy will not hesitate to help me if I’m using equipment wrong one of very few people to correct me in the gym floor. Also Lucy is very good at teaching in strength and power, I will not hesitate to use her again and Highly recommend this girl 5 stars and more for me"

"It's a great fitness club. Gym/weights is my main interest and it's really good - plenty of modern kit and lots of space. The cafe is good too, handy place to work and decent coffee. Sadly I can't really justify the high membership fees as I only have time to go twice a week currently."
