"Worst experience! Apparently you can't complain if your cut is "lop sided" as this is what happens when you have a side parting!!! I had two different hair cuts styles - different at front and back! Manager is extremely defensive and unprofessionai. She handled my feedback poorly in front of the young inexperienced hairdresser instead of dealing with it herself but guess that's to be expected when the Manager isn't a hairdresser. I went to another hairdresser for their opinion and they had to laugh at the haircut by an "alleged" T&G trained hairdresser!! Stick with mature hairdressers as you might stand a better chance of decent haircut!"
