"What is this I have heard about a disgusting girl called Linda who works there and the swearing she done to two girls, it's all over Facebook and Apparently You are trying to block it, impossible it has been shared everywhere! If that is how Linda treats humans how does she treat the dogs there? And more importantly why is she still working there?"

"My dog did a runner from my neighbour who was looking after him when I was in hospital. Dog warden brought Teddy to these Kennels and Ive asked to keep Teddy until Im discharged. I have been charged £130 to get Teddy back after a week and he came back home with severe diarrhea, limping and emaciated. I did tell the kennels that if he refuses to eat you actually need to hand feed him. He came back very poorly!! Costed me another £100 for the vets!! Would NOT recommend!!"
"Terrible experience here....AVOID! Rang and told dog was still available. Rang before leaving Newcastle this morning and again told 2yr old terrier available. Drove there to be informed tjat dogs owner had turned up! Offered 2 other Dogs but thry wejt for each other . Children absolutely terrified after being told both dogs very friendly! Husband was badly bitten on hand and had to get Titnus Jab. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!!"
