"Typical HIE - clean, efficient with a good wifi connection. The fair sized room was warm, quiet, with tea and coffee facilities, ample desk, bedside sockets and small tv. The bathroom clean and the shower powerful. There are basic restaurant facilities and a small bar. It is located near an out of town shopping centre and there is ample dedicated free parking. Located next door is a food shop and across the road there are two restaurants. A basic cooked breakfast is included. There was no safe in the room."

"First time in a HIE and it was a very pleasant experience. Staff are very welcoming here and WiFi actually works (compared to another hotel brand), which worked perfectly for me and my work. Highly recommend with everything you need conveniently close by."

In the meantime, I booked two hotels, respectively called Downhill House and Holiday Inn Express Antrim - M2, JCT.1, an IHG Hotel at Ballymena Road M 2 Jct.1. Their sanitary conditions are good and the service is very thoughtful that makes me very satisfied."

"Very clean modern hotel. Excellent service from lovely staff who provided a very warm welcome & were very helpful. Nice, spacious clean room, serviced daily, with TV, sofa, large desk & chair work station, shower with toiletries & face tissues. The cherry on the cake for us was they have an iron & small ironing board in the room, as we had vacuum packed our clothes this was a great touch. Great Irish breakfast, with continental available too, on our last day we had to leave at 5am as our flight had been moved, the reception arranged a taxi to the airport and reassurred us we could have continental breakfast before we kept (unlike other hotel chains who have a set start time for breakfast). The hotel has an ice machine in the hallway, nicely furnished & decorated lounge & dining area. Loved our stay here and when we return to Antrim we will definitely be returning."
