"Large slow que. Only 1 man dealing with customers. Counter area had flashing ceiling lights and looked neglected. I need to speak to royal mail about stamps I sent back for exchange over £ 200 in October I have heard nothing back and unable to contact anyone and no proof of sending. You exchange system is not fit for purpose."

"Depends who you get some helpful some not, but whoever was working on 29/11/22 at 6:20pm, was a rude arrogant you know what. Would of hit him a dig in the gob for the way he spoke to me if he wasn’t standing behind the counter."

"On a weekly basis I am having clients report that the items I am posting to them in the North are simply not arriving. Even with strikes and allowing 2-4 weeks delivery. It literally feels like my items are being binned so many have gone missing. Absolute disgrace."
