"Would have given 0 stars but no option to do so! Pre-booked the taxi for 3.30pm and didn’t arrive until 4pm so meant extremely late for restaurant reservation. Rang a number of occasions to be told traffic is bad and it won’t be long……..what traffic is that at 3.30pm in the afternoon?!?! They shouldn’t have taken the booking if they couldn’t take it. Absolutely terrible service and won’t be using again."

"I phoned for a taxi around 5.00pm and the girl who took the call said that a taxi will be with you shortly. After 30 minutes I phoned back to ask if the taxi was still coming and she said yes it's on the way now. After another 20 minutes the taxi driver phoned me and said that he was round the corner, finally 10 minutes later my taxi arrived. So standing for an hour freezing cold their version of SHORTLY needs to be changed to???"
