"Shocking!!!!! Sent out completely wrong grocery order. Obviously went by first name only and NOT order number. Then denied ever having received the order at all. So why was there a delivery driver at my door with someone else's shopping? Why do I have an order confirmation email and why was I still charged? Made no attempt to sort it out. If I could have gotten the ahopping myself, I would have. Hence why I ordered through their website. Just told me to send an email to head office, that has a 3-5 day response time. Disgusting!"

"While the food and prices are of the usual Co-op standard, this branch has a few more features which make for a more seemless shopping experience. The aisles are slightly wider than the Chigwell branch, there is a cashpoint on site and a small amount of freshly baked goods are available in this store. There is no dedicated parking for this branch, so those who have driven will need to use a nearby road."
