"I occasionally shop from them after 11pm when Tesco's, Sainsbury's are closed, prices are ok not many good deals but previously Cashier were very impolite, i ignored and today went again and asked politely if i can pay for an item with card which was just £1.29, he literally took that item Infront of me put it behind the counter, that was very rude and bad customer service, Owner needs to hire good cashiers. Now from being an occasional buyer i will be never buying. That Costcutter on beehive lane is much better, better prices, don't charge extra under £5 and nice cashiers too."
