"I do rate Coop as a brand, but this store has been very disappointing lately and has not seemed to understand customers. A customer being disappointed that there are only three baskets shouldn't be shocking to the staff. I have also seen a lot of customers frustated with queues and other issues. Adding to this the prices for even basic items just keep creeping up and are more than other stores such as Sainsbury's and Tesco now."

"It’s normally alright going in an grabbing something the cues can be long sometimes but thats about it. However, i went in to grab a couple beer earlier and the guy at the till is telling me he cant sell me 2 loose beers cause they have to be in a 4 pack. I did tell him thats all that was there only those 2 beers in the fridge so other people must’ve been buying them as singles. But he insisted i grab a 4 pack instead of just reducing the price. I have done this in other co-ops no problem. Please teach your staff how to handle this kinda stuff."

"Decent size convenience shop. The range is limited as should be expected in a smaller shop. The produce co op stock generally is of good quality and responsibly sourced. Most co op shops including this one do a lot for their communities. The shop is a little crammed so not the easiest to navigate while trying to distance from other shoppers. Otherwise an excellent little village store with all the basics available at reasonable cost."
