"Nothing is £1 and the variety and selection they do have these days is awful rubbish. I used to spend ages in here buying basketfuls of useful bits and bobs. Now I usually put my basket back and leave sad. Give up Poundland."

"Karan is very nasty towards customers. Two comments about his attitude then decided to treat me and my friend nastily. He was placed on the self checkout system 5:50 ish on 4/8/22. Decided to make nasty comments about our shop due to his anger with the other staff members. Completely unprofessional behaviour."

"Not good. An item was on the shelf for £3.00 , when I got to the till it came up as £5.00. The manager went to check and came back to say someone put these items in the incorrect place. I was not offered the item as the £3.00 shelf price as it was not my fault it was put by staff in the incorrect place. I left the item and walked out. Not very good"

"Great place to spoil yourself and get your bag filled with quality items! Pros: Most of the items for only £1 believe it or not Cons: this is the main reason why I didn't give a 5 star review is due to the quality of the toilet paper sold there. It's rough, not absorbent and it usually finishes much quicker than the brands sold at the main supermarkets. However I have to say in favour of Poundland that I find the same issue with most of the pound shops."
