"Good local shop with many varieties of items but a little high priced and think they take advantage of that because they are the only shop here"

"Only went in to use the cash machine. This wasn't working. Plus you now have to pay £1 to get your own money out. I don't think the shop is at fault but never the less this is the only place where you can get cash local. So unfair for the people who have to use it. ( Usually the elderly with less money or people who have trouble waling etc )."

"We had a 32" TV to send back to amazon, we walked there (as we have no car) with this TV on Dec 28th, the man behind the counter was rude and simply pointed at a sign to indicate that they are not taking returns at that time. SO, we walked all the way home with the TV. We returned today (Dec 30th) walking again with the TV, the day they were to be taking packages back and the same rude man from the first time told us they don't take boxes that big. When we asked of he knew where we could take it he was very unhelpful and just seemed to want us to leave. We wouldn't have been so annoyed or upset by this if he had said they don't take that size of box on our FIRST trip. We had to walk both ways with this 32" TV twice because the store clerk didn't provide all the information the first time. I've worked retail and I know what good customer service looks like. We did not get that. Needless to say we will NOT EVER be going back to this location."

"dishonest. Tried to drop a large parcel that was well within the Hermes size rules. Staff tried to claim Hermes wouldn't collect it when I have dropped similar size things previously. It was clear he just didn't want a large parcel in his shop. Fair enough, but its the lies that infuriate me the most. Ended up driving to the next Hermes drop off point and unsurprisingly they accepted with no issue. So in addition I did my other purchases at the second shop instead."
