"This is one of my local shops but never used it for parcel returns before. However I had to return an item I collected from them and was given a label and told to use this store. The box was within the required measurements and weight. but they refused to take it , even though I had picked it up from there. If they want to be used and payed as a collect + store they have to abide by there contract. I had carried it there as local and was told not bring it back when my boss is here meaning another journey out when we are meant to be staying in. Very unsatisfactory I would have given no stars if possible."
