"The employees of this Co-op are amazing. But the Co-op company has abandoned them with no duty of care. They are understaffed and often victims of crime (theft and being attacked). I have written to the Co-op twice to request follow up and support. No response ever received. Maybe the Co-op will read this. Support your staff at this branch!"

Me am Hungry:

"Absolutely disgraceful co op the shelves are never stocked up with products so don't count on getting what you would usually get from co op . Also the que in this co op at busy time is discusting and they only Ever put one staff on till and there is no self checkout, but thats not all the staff in this shop are so rude and lazy and would rather make a problem for you than do their job property as I found out when I tried to buy a meal deal, staff said my items were not on meal deal even though it clearly displayed that they were on meal deal I even went to check and make sure twice-told them it was and yet they still deny it even though it was clearly displayed. Staff started making me out to be a bad guy because I got frustrated they wouldn't give me my meal deal and embarrassing me Infront of other customers and causing a big stink over nothing and then threatened to call the police on me because I was demanding my rights and I didn't want to be over charged. this co operative and it's staff are discusting it took them 25minits to sort my meal deal out after arguments and I it messed up my whole day even had to complain to co op about this unprofessionalism and rude staff members including abdul"

"Excellent service by the staff who immediately went back to work, continued to check out our groceries and even apologised for the the commotion after a two-man masked robbery behind the cashier. 10/10 to the kind and resilient staff, 0/10 for the traumatic robbery experience. Thank you guys so much!"

"Prices on the labels and at the till are not same often, especially when there is a dicount for the product you buy, but at the till it is charged without discount sometimes. When you tell them, you might hear that the discount is over already but the label is left there mistkanely..."

"Great little shop overlooking the Canal. It’s very small yet has a good variety of products available. The fella by the name of ‘Krishna’ seriously deserves a promotion! No matter how early in the morning it is, nor how busy the store may get, Krishna consistently serves every customer with a smile, providing excellent customer service."
