"My niece was refused a sale of cigarettes even though she showed the cashier her driving license as proof of id and age. My family won't be shopping there again. Staff need to be retrained and maybe not be so rude when dealing with customers. My niece was able to successfully make her purchase in Waitrose (using the driving license)."

"Legitimately the worst place to collect a parcel from. Parcels seem to be stored by staff in a completely disorganised way, staff members have repeatedly declared that a delivered parcel cannot be found, only for me to go back when another member of staff is on shift and the parcel can magically be found. Don't waste your life getting parcels delivered here."

"I’been going every week once or twice since I moved to Raynes park as they have drop off and pick up for deliveries and the staff never even reply to a good afternoon and they are grumpy and RUDE! One star at least because the store is clean and organised at least!"

"This is by far the worst supermarket experience I've come across. The staff are frequently rude, can't be bothered and see you as a nuisance. Honestly can't believe their hiring processes if the current staff are the best they can do. To top it off today they've decided that even with the person's ID you can't pick up a package unless it is for you. Randomly, out of the blue, after previously picking up dozens of packages over the past two years."

"I can appreciate working in retail can be difficult at times (I have worked in customer service roles before) but this is no excuse for rudeness. I've been going to this branch quite a bit but having second thoughts about going back again. I went to purchase a meal deal but one of the snack items wasn't going through (I went back and double-checked the shelf and it was clearly listed as being part of the deal). When it wasn't going through, the shop assistant insisted it wasn't part of the deal and was getting irritable when I said I'd found it listed on the shelf. When I suggested showing her, she dismissed me, saying 'no, I have a customer' and walked off. Apparently that didn't apply to me...? Don't know if she was having a bad day but think this could be helped by the Co-Op getting more actual people in there, I don't remember the last time I saw more than one person staffing at the checkout."
