"This owner of this shop should be banned from being a collect plus member. The man was so rude and shouted at me as apparently my parcel was so big. He refused to take it as he thought I should use a smaller box to return my item in! In the end he refused to take it. If I could rate this shop a zero I certainly would!"

"If I give minus I would. I dropped off parcel a week ago for FedEx to collect and got receipt. A week later, I contacted FedEx because the item has not been delivered. FedEx said Pavalam foods and Wine did not give them parcel and the update on the system said it has not been dropped off. The guy in the shop was so rude, a liar and a thief. Avoid at all cost."

"Please please avoid going into the shop. The owner is nothing but a thief. He took delivery of my package and I have proof of him accepting the delivery. However, he refused to hand it over and despite going there over 3 times and him agreeing to the fact that he has the package, he refused to hand it over. An absolute thief and no one should go anywhere near this shop. Please don't get anything delivered here and he is literally the worst."

"Do not get your parcels delivered here. I was collecting my parcel and he threw it on the floor, I saw it fly and heard it but he insisted he didn’t throw it he ‘placed’ it. Disgusting."
