"Unfortunately, the staff here are the reason for this rating. On a number of occasions, I have encountered different rude, unhelpful, patronising and disinterested staff. After giving the shop several chances, enough is enough and I will not be returning. Also, it is sad to read other people's comments on the same discourteous and uncooperative attitude from the staff. The management need to provide serious customer service training!"

"I love this CO-OP!!!! A great range of fresh produce, with an excellent range of vegan and vegetarian items at good prices. The store is very clean, Nehom and all the team are super helpful. I especially shop here because of this and of course Co-Ops sound environmental and social policies."

"I like this co-op, but am put off by the foul smell upon entering. I know it's the drain pipes but surely it can be looked at and resolved. I am also put off with staff too busy chit chatting then to provide a service but then you have the extreme of hardworking staff, the white guy constantly restocking and fattening cardboard boxes. I've spotted thieves casually help themselves to stuff, turn around and walk out, where is the security guard?? Despite all this, I'll still pop in for a browse, especially their World food section, you guys should restock more in the Chinese shelves!"

"It's a decent local supermarket, felt more special when it was fully local rather than part of a chain, but staff are still very friendly and it has some local products. One whinge though, the self checkouts are dismal, seriously, ending up giving up pretty much every time I'm giving it another go."
