"Don’t use Cheam Express as a parcel collection point! I visited Cheam Express to collect a parcel only to be told they’ve rejected my parcel and sent it back with the courier. The lady behind the counter was unhelpful and showed no remorse and said she couldn’t accept it as it was too large! The item for collection was small and when I questioned her, I got no answer. I will not be using as a collection service or shop again."
"The woman in there is so rude. I wish I had read the reviews before walking all the way down there. I had a QR code for the post office and scanned it once and said it was invalid. I called the company who we sent it. She scanned it again and said no, it’s not correct. I asked her if she was hundred percent sure she was using the right system and she got really defensive and just plain rude. I’ll stick to the main post office from now on"
"The man running the post office is extremely rude. Any kind of service seems to be an issue for him. I feel so sorry for the good people that work in the shop as they are never a problem, they're being brought down by his totally unacceptable attitude towards his customers. Please read the reviews here, there's a reason the majority are 1 star."
