"Great variety of products and nice place overall but have to agree with recent reviews regarding unfriendly staff at the tills. Have been shopping weekly in the past month and every time the girls at the till were unfriendly (didn’t answer to my hi and goodbye, no thank you etc) and seemed disinterested. Luckily there are many local shops around that sell organic produce and the staff is well mannered and friendly."

"I popped in twice this week to grab a protein bar. Served by 2 different ladies on both occasions, neither bothered to greet me or say a word to me at the till. A friendly greeting and farewell goes a long way. Disappointing and I won't be going back in simply because of the staff who seem to be on a bit of an ego trip."

"Rude staff and not really interested in serving customers as the two ladies were having a chat about something but definitely nothing related to work and this has happened while I was waiting at the counter to order my coffee. One of them got really frustrated when I have interrupted them, I’m sorry but you have time after work to discuss your private life or at least do it when there are no customers waiting. Also no smile on their faces , and it felt like they don’t want to be there."

"I went to check out Planet Organic yesterday hoping to buy vegan cheese and it exceeded my expectations. They have very tasty real vegan cheese options. Of course the store has many many more delicious things too but for vegan cheese this is now my place to go."
